La Ferme de Simondon offers a cottage for group stays, family gatherings, or friends’ get-togethers.
Capacity: up to 12 people. For safety and insurance reasons, no extra bedding will be allowed.
For everyone's comfort, all our accommodations are non-smoking.
Dogs are welcome under conditions (extra fee) and upon request. Please contact us in advance (we do not accept cats, and category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited).
Accommodations must be returned in the same clean condition as on arrival. Thank you !
We provide duvets/blankets, pillows, and mattress protectors. Please maintain hygiene and bring your own fitted sheets, pillowcases, and sheets or duvet covers for the beds actually used.
To fully enjoy your stay, the ground floor offers a large living area with: - a spacious lounge, - a large fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, gas stovetop, hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), - a separate hall, - a WC with hand basin.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms ensure a comfortable night: - 2 rooms each with 4 bunk beds (single beds, 80 cm) equipped with blankets, pillows, and mattress protectors; - 2 rooms each with a 160 cm double bed, equipped with duvets (with option to split beds into twin beds), pillows, and mattress protectors; - Each room has a sink.
On the landing you will find: - 2 shower rooms, - an independent WC.
By choosing the group cottage, you will enjoy a stunning view of the Rhône Valley and the Vercors, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
A shaded terrace on the north side allows you to stay cool in summer and have lunch outside, while a shared south-facing terrace offers the possibility to enjoy delicious barbecues (charcoal not provided).
