In the heart of La Ferme de Simondon, along a lane in the hamlet, the rural cottage welcomes families and friends in a warm and rustic atmosphere.
Capacity: 4 people.
Can accommodate up to 6 people maximum (with sofa bed), for an additional fee. For safety and insurance reasons, no extra bedding will be allowed.
For everyone's comfort, all our accommodations are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed in the rural cottage.

We provide mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows: please bring your own sheets for all beds in use.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen area with an adjacent furnished Ardèche-style living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, gas stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.).
The Ardèche-style living room has a sofa bed (for occasional use) and leather armchairs.
A double-sided fireplace between the two rooms will delight kids and adults in winter…
There is a bathroom with WC.
Upstairs, a master bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm) and a loft bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 80 cm.
Outside, in front of the cottage, you can enjoy a small private shaded terrace with a garden lounge set. Barbecue area access just a few steps away.
